John N. Papantonakis


Attorney John N. Papantonakis was admitted to practice in the the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1998 after receiving an undergraduate degree from Boston University in  with Honors.  Attorney Papantonakis is also a member of the Federal District Courts of Massachusetts and has the flexibilty to litigate cases on the District level if venue requires.   Attorney Papantonakis earned a degree in Economics with very high honors and has a high aptitude for cases involving finances of any sort.  Attorney Papantonakis uses his Economics degree to his clients' advantage.  He currently concentrates his practice in divorce, child custody, bankruptcy, real estate and estate planning. 

Robert A. Prousalis


Attorney Prousalis was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1998. He graduated from Northeastern University with Honors in 1995 with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.  He graduated from Suffolk University Law School with Honors in 1998.  Attorney Prousalis started his own law practice in 2002 and formed Prousalis & Papantonakis, P.C. in 2004 with his law partner. Attorney Prousalis focuses his law practice on family law and estate planning. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He works with families planning for end of life, business succession and legacy planning. He also works extensively with families with elders in crisis. Attorney Prousalis also represents individuals and businesses with bankruptcy matters. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and Essex County Bar Association.
